Personal training – target groups


Individual training is an active way of spending time under specialist supervision.  While working with our clients, we don’t focus solely on muscles and joints, but on a person as a whole.  Training sessions aim at enhancing the quality of your life and making daily activities appear easier.  Cooperation with over 200 people has enabled us to develop skills owing to which we can meet the requirements of the most demanding clients.  A personal trainer is supposed to help you in many ways.  These are just some of our specialization fields:

 

  •  Work motivation – “There is only one way to make somebody do what we want them to – they have to want to do that.” We can make you want it!!!
  •  Building muscle bulk – by using knowledge derived from bodybuilding training, determining a proper diet and supplementation, we will help you develop muscle bulk and an athletic figure.
  •  Losing weight – this is the main goal of a considerable part of fitness club visitors, as well as our clients. Thanks to our knowledge, experience and close cooperation with a nutritionist, we offer solutions which will allow you to get rid of unnecessary fat in the most efficient and safest way possible.
  • Figure modeling – by applying various training systems, selecting appropriate exercises and loads, we will help you focus on the parts of body which are crucial to you.
  • Supplementary training for other sports – proper training at a gym will contribute to a significant improvement in the results you get at your main sport. Consequently, you will be able to find it even more pleasant. Whether your passion is running, swimming, martial arts, team sports, tennis or any other sport, we can definitely help you.
  •  Medical training/rehabilitation – Our Personal Trainers are also physiotherapists. Tapping into our medical knowledge and clinical experience, we will organize proper training sessions to make sure an injury does not disrupt your daily activities.
  •  Post-childbirth return to form – During pregnancy and after childbirth, a woman’s body undergoes significant alterations due to hormonal changes, nine months of carrying a fetus and the childbirth itself. Using appropriate sets of exercises and the right nutrition plan, we will help you regain a good shape and figure.
  • Skiing preparation – over the past few years, we’ve observed a considerable increase in the number of skiing injuries, which results from the fact that professional equipment is easily available and people go to the mountains with no preparation whatsoever. Due to our expertise, we are able to imitate the characteristic features of skiing in a gym. After several weeks of relevant exercises, you are bound to feel more confident and to minimize the risk of an injury.
  •  Training for seniors – every time is good to start being active. If you want to catch up with you grandchildren, enjoy good health and feel fit, this is the right offer for you.
